Aimin’ High on original work was inspired by the rock song of the same name by Santa Cruz and conceived for a trumpet skills day. It is scored for a group of either trumpets, cornets, flugelhorns or any combination thereof. The piece has a lowest note of A below the stave in lower parts and a C on the stave for upper parts and therefore ideal for grade 1-2 players.
